The fundamental principles of our privacy policy are: We won’t store any of your given personal information on our servers unless required for any on-going operation related to services being provided to you. We won’t share any of your given personal information with anyone except to comply with the law. This Policy applies for “Metro Scanner” app.

Acceptance of the Terms

The General Terms are incorporated herein by reference. Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery Corp (MWD) reserves the right to update and change, from time to time, the Additional Terms, the General Terms, and all other documents incorporated by reference related with Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery Corp (MWD). If any future changes to this Agreement (as defined below) are unacceptable to you, you can refuse to accept the updated terms proposed to you by Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery Corp (MWD). You should always refer to the most recent version of these Additional Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between these Additional Terms and the General Terms, the Additional Terms will prevail.

Information collection and use

• “Metro Scanner” app is not collecting any user detail such as phone details, contacts, media files etc. The only thing which we collect in scanning process is the item barcode.
• “Metro Scanner” app is collecting only the item barcodes information for internal application use only. It is not saving any client/ customer personal information.
• “Metro Scanner” app is collecting the item barcode information only to pull the item information details and use within the application.
• Item barcode scanned information is used for Metropolitan application internal purpose in order to gather item information details.
• Metro Scanner” app does not share the information for any other purpose outside the “Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery Corp (MWD)”. Item barcode scanned information is closely intact for internal purpose within the application only.
• “Metro Scanner” app ask user to access camera permission for just to scan the item barcodes. It does not access any kind of user personal data.

Privacy Policy Changes

MWD encourages clients to frequently check privacy policy for any changes which may be needed time to time. By using the Pinnacle application you agree to accept all clauses and any changes.
