Your Threshold delivery will include a visual inspection of the package prior to delivery, appointment scheduling, and a 30-minute call ahead by your delivery specialists. Upon arrival, your furniture will be placed in the first dry, protected area inside your apartment or home, such as inside the front door, garage, or building lobby. If there is no service elevator, our team will carry items up to two floors only if needed to reach your apartment from the building entrance. Once inside your apartment or home, items will not be moved to other rooms or floors. For everyone’s safety, please move pets to a separate room before the delivery. You will receive a call 2–3 days prior to your scheduled delivery date to confirm your 4-hour delivery window. If you need to adjust your scheduled delivery date, please call us at (800) 300-7417 between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM EST Monday through Friday or 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST Saturday to reschedule. A signature is required as proof of delivery.
