Your Room of Choice delivery will include: Visual inspection of package prior to delivery, appointment scheduling, a 30-minute call ahead by your delivery specialists, a two-level walk up included, placement of your furniture into your “room of choice”. Move pets to a separate room to keep them safe. You will receive a call 2-3 days prior to your schedule delivery date to confirm your 4-hour delivery window. If you need to adjust your scheduled delivery date, please call us at (800) 300-7417 between 7:00AM and 10:00PM EST Monday through Friday or 7:00AM to 8:00PM EST Saturday to reschedule. Note: Signature required for proof of delivery.
